SPARROWLOOK accepts prepaid orders only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be completed at the time of placing the order through our secure payment gateway.

We maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any of the following reasons:

• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Colour variation due to screen display differences
• Minor design or print variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

We strongly encourage all customers to refer to our Size Guide available on the product page before placing an order.

A refund will be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

• The product received is significantly defective (torn, misprinted, or damaged beyond acceptable standards)
• The wrong product was delivered (different product or size from what was ordered)
• The order was not delivered within the committed timeframe and tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days

If your order qualifies for a refund under the above conditions, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@sparrowlook.com within 48 hours of receiving the product
2. Include your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product
3. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer store credits or gift cards as refund alternatives.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed. Please double-check your order details, size selection, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
